Akiles ProLam Photo Pouch Laminator

 This Photo Ready technology provides a balanced heat dissipation during laminating process, making it perfect for laminating photographs and other hard-to-laminate materials. The Pro-Lam Photo offers a variable speed & temperature control combination allows for a fast lamination of all standard pouch thicknesses (from 3 mils up to 10 mils). It uses the patented Akiles Flex-Tite system that allows the rollers to adjust themselves and maintain the proper laminating pressure with different material thickness.  Phoenix Roll Laminator and Mounting 44"

The Phoenix Roll Laminator is a professional grade, wide-format mounting laminator designed initially to be used with pre-coated mounting boards, pouch boards and for the application of decal style laminated prints. However, this Phoenix laminator has also been equipped with a roll film kit that allows it to be used with 3" core roll film to help you achieve the look and feel that you require for your mounted documents. The roll film kit includes a of a roll film dispensing bar for films on a 3" core, along with a brake tension and idler bar for film positioning.

Pro Lam 12" Automatic Roll Laminator

 This one of the fastest narrow format laminating machines on the market. While producing a superb finish, this machine can run at speeds up to 17 feet per minute and can operate at speeds in excess of ten feet per minute when using 3mil laminate. This hot roll laminating system can be used with films from 1mil to 15mil in thickness and can be used with mounting boards up to 1/4 inch thick. The Pro-Lam pocket rocket only takes a couple of minutes to set up and offers a thru-put capability in exess of one thousand feet per hour.

ALM Fujipla 3222 Automatic Laminator

The FujiPla is an automatic feeding, laminating and automatic framing system. In fact, all operations are automatically handled. The operator simply puts the document they would like to laminate into the feeder, pushes the start button and all the laminating work is done automatically. This is the birth of the next generation in laminating machines. With the Fujipla ALM 3222 every operation is automatically done including setting the film, inserting operation, etc. It takes only 3 minutes to finish laminating 10 sheets of letter size paper. For double letter size paper, it takes only 5 minutes. This cuts the amount of time that it takes to laminate and trim documents in half for most companies and is ideal for use with a single sheet of paper or for mass production and banner size lengths.
